Meet Replicate
Hey there! I'm Umar Lateef, the founder behind Replicate and the guy who co-founded earlybird.so with the brilliant Sam Jesani. At Earlybird, I've dedicated much of my time to assisting SaaS founders launch their products through our lifetime deals platform.
Picture this: hundreds of conversations with frustrated founders showing me their Slack channels full of vague bug reports and the chaos that follows. That's where Replicate was born.
We're just a small team of three – myself and two developers who are as obsessed with fixing this problem as I am. And trust me, after witnessing countless founders pull their hair out over "it's broken" reports with zero context, this is a mission that keeps us up at night (and coding through weekends).
Why We Started
Through my work at Earlybird, I've had a front-row seat to the special kind of torture that is bad bug reporting. I've literally sat across from founders who showed me their inboxes full of vague user complaints that their dev teams couldn't reproduce.
The worst part? I'd check back weeks later and the same issues were still unresolved – burning through goodwill, development resources, and everyone's patience.
What We've Built
Replicate cuts through the confusion with AI-powered session replay. When users encounter problems, our AI assistant, Quanta analyzes precisely what happened and provides transparent, actionable insights on how to fix the issue.
No more screenshots without context. No more "I can't reproduce this bug" emails. Just visual clarity that shows developers exactly what went wrong and how to resolve it quickly.
